Agent Terms & Conditions

Important rules and agreements for Sales Agents partnering with Jugowsburg Foods.

By registering as a Sales Agent with Jugowsburg Foods, you agree to the following:

I understand that my role is to introduce customers and generate sales orders for Jugowsburg Foods.

I will not collect money from customers on behalf of Jugowsburg Foods. All payments must be made directly to the company.

I will not take possession of or deliver company goods to customers.

I will represent Jugowsburg Foods honestly and will not give false information about products, pricing, or delivery.

All my sales must be linked to my assigned agent code to qualify for commission.

I understand that commission is paid only on confirmed and delivered orders.

I agree to follow all company policies and instructions provided by Jugowsburg Foods.

Jugowsburg Foods reserves the right to suspend or terminate my status as an agent if I violate any of these terms.
